Accommodation

HACIENDA VILLA owes its name to the Cuban origin of its owners; however, the Villa is located in the heart of the Garraf region (enogastronomic area).
The town where the house is located is Canyelles, a quiet village, seven kilometers from Vilanova and Sitges (both coastal towns where you can enjoy excellent gastronomy, leisure, beaches, culture ...).
If you are coming from the north, we are five minutes from the AP7 motorway exit. Barcelona, our beloved Barcelona is forty minutes away by car.
It should be said that if you are a family, this is your place: absolute tranquility and security. Inside the Villa have barbecue, swimming pool, fronton, gardens... and all of its exclusive use.

Extra fees

  • Final cleaning and laundry: €250
  • Deposit: €750 (returnable at departure if everything is in the same state as when you entered).
  • We will take reading of the electricity meter at the entrance and at the exit; if the consumption exceeds the usual limits in summer periods, we will charge it separately.
  • If there are unpaid amounts (deposit, tourist tax, etc.), make a bank transfer to the IBAN that we will provide. If you pay this amount with another means of payment:
    • PayPal  (has an additional cost of 4 % if you choose payment of services If you choose"Send money", it has no cost).
    • Payment by card (has an additional cost of 2%) If you wish to pay with card mode, we will send you a link to our virtual POS.
    • Attach us the account number through which you have made the previous transfer to be able to return, 7 days maximum after the departure, the deposit.

Expiration Budget

This budget is valid for two days. After that period it will be automatically canceled.

Cancellation

The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price if you cancel after booking, and the full price if you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival.

Canyelles, Barcelona. It is a charming little village located in the best possible way. House Rules

CLEANING: As in all reservations, the price of cleaning and final laundry is identified in the price; but if you need or simply want an extra cleaning service, we can offer you a minimum of two hours, and from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Use our email or phone and contact us to arrange what is necessary.

TAXI AND TRANSFERS: We can offer a taxi service. You will be picked up at the terminal, waiting for your departure and clearly indicating your name so that you have confidence from the same arrival. Of course if you want to be transferred, we can also offer this service.
